👓 About Michael Haupt
Michael Haupt is a certified Strategic Foresight Practitioner (SFP) and Executive Director at Project 2030, a grassroots collective dedicated to co-creating a world that works for 100%. Michael is also a speaker, consultant and advisor tracking Emerging Strategic Technologies (EST’s¹), the simultaneous rise in personal authority and what role both play in the evolution of humanity.
Michael freely shares his thoughts on a thrivable society in Postcards from 2035. After leaving the corporate world in 2013, he co-founded an Artificial Intelligence and Big Data start-up called OpenDNA, which listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in 2016.
In 2017, he initated Project 2030, an audaciously bold, sweeping plan to decisively eradicate poverty, hunger, disease and inequality by building a bridge between top-down actors like the UN and national governments and grassroots activists like Extinction Rebellion and Fridays for the Future.
His hard-won experience in technology and marketing is helping to proactively birth Society 4.0 via the Tipping Point Festival. Michael is the unashamedly self-appointed Project Manager for humanity’s next great transition.
Currently he is leading the Shiftscaping project: an open collaboration focused on reframing how we understand and address interconnected global challenges.
